1、选择配速6-8公里每小时的慢跑速度,是属于有氧运动,容易坚持而且是有助于全身四肢燃脂的,大象腿也会逐渐变成小细腿。建议每周4次有氧运动,每次30分钟以上,坚持2个月,大腿维度就可以降低2-3cm了。

2、深蹲,次数15-20次*3-4组。箭步蹲,次数左右各10次*3-4组。高抬腿,30秒*3-4组。压腿,时间左右各15秒*3-4组。坚持4周,让大象腿减下来。
