油酥卷的制作方法

1、炒油酥(适合各种烧饼火烧):碗内加入50克面粉,2克盐拌匀,起锅热100克色拉油,加一把香葱小火炸焦黄捞出,留葱油下拌好的面粉,慢炒至颜色微黄即可出锅,炒油酥即成,炒油酥是三种油酥中最香的,适合做各种烧饼,火烧,起酥效果也好;

2、烫油酥(适合各种千层烙饼花卷):碗内加入50克面粉、2克盐、2克十三香拌匀,起锅热100克色拉油至五成热,慢慢淋入碗内并同时用筷子搅拌面粉,直至全部和匀,烫油酥即成,烫油酥起层效果特别好,适合做各种需要起层的千层烙饼、花卷等面食;

3、干油酥(适合各种酥饼):碗内加入50克面粉,用40克凉色拉油慢慢加入并同时用筷子搅拌,一直来回搅拌摁压至无干粉状态,干油酥即成,起酥效果好,适合做各种酥饼。
