1、饮食要注意,增加高膳食纤维食物的摄入;选择含有丰富膳食纤维的食物,促进肠道代谢,减少脂肪的堆积,这其中像新鲜蔬菜、谷物食品、豆类以及坚果类食物都是很靠谱的选择,适当增加,但并不可过度依赖。
