1、食材:新鲜鲳鱼、葱、姜、蒜、植物油、豉汁、酱油、盐。

2、把鱼处理干净,划上花刀,用姜片和盐略腌;

3、锅里热油,爆香姜蒜后,把鱼直接放进锅里煎;

4、煎另一面,微微变黄就可以;

5、倒入豉汁和酱油,放入葱段;

6、倒入少许水;

7、把汤汁收的差不多就可以装盘。
