1、深蹲,双腿分开,脚尖朝外自然站立。后背挺直,眼睛看向前方,收紧腹部和臀部。双臂可以放在身体两侧,也可以放在胸前。调整呼吸后慢慢向下蹲,直到大腿与地面平行,保持两个深呼吸后返回。然后再继续深蹲。每天循环深蹲30次左右。深蹲的过程要保证后背挺直,收紧腹部和臀部,双腿膝盖和双脚脚尖指向身体外侧。

2、后腿伸展,俯卧在地垫上,用双手手掌和双脚脚尖支撑起身体,后背保持平直,收紧腹部和臀部。调整呼吸后,将左腿向上方伸展,直到肌肉感觉微微酸痛,保持两个深呼吸后返回。然后换右腿伸展。每天重复伸展30次左右。
