大闸蟹粉滑豆腐

1、食材:大闸蟹,豆腐、油、盐。

2、大闸蟹洗净后先把蟹生拆取膏备用,蟹身蒸熟拆肉;

3、豆腐切成骨牌状8-10件,隔水蒸5分钟至熟备用;

4、菜心条剪少许叶和茎成菜薳,洗净,用油、盐水灼熟备用;

5、起鑊用油把姜米爆香,放入拆好蟹肉加水120克及调味料。

6、把蟹膏放入煮至熟透再下镇江醋后,淋上豆腐面上,熟菜心拌边便可。
