练瑜伽轮式的技巧

1、仰卧,弯曲双腿,脚跟尽量贴近臀部,双膝分开。

2、双手翻转手腕放于头部两侧,指尖冲向肩膀,掌心撑地。

3、吸气,双臂与背部用力,使身体抬离地板,头顶触地。

4、向上继续推举髋部、腹部,手臂伸直,头颈部放松,整个人成拱形。做到自己的极限即可。

5、还原时呼气,弯曲双肘,慢慢将头部放落到地板上,再依次将背部、大腿、小腿放落到地板上,均匀呼吸弯曲双膝环抱小腿,呈婴儿式,调整放松。
