2、香菇洗净,去根,焯水后切片;

3、罗汉参去皮,切片;

4、砂锅内添加鸡汤和罗汉参片,大火煮开后,;火慢炖6分钟至罗汉参熟透;

5、添加高压海参和焯水的香菇,继续用小火煨炖5分钟左右,添加少量盐调味,即可出锅。
