走姿训练的步骤

1、摆臂。人直立,保持基本站姿。在距离小腹两拳处确定一个点,两手呈半握拳状,斜前方均向此点摆动,由大臂带动小臂。

2、展膝。保持基本站姿,左脚跟起踵,脚尖不离地面,左脚跟落下时,右脚跟同时起踵,两脚交替进行,脚跟提起的腿屈膝,另一条腿膝部内侧用力绷直。做此动作时,两膝靠拢,内侧摩擦运动。

3、平衡。行走的时候,在头上放个小垫子或本子书本,用左右手轮流扶住,在能够掌握平衡之后,再放下手进行练习,注意保持物品不掉下来。通过训练,使背脊、脖子竖直,上半身不随便摇晃。
