1、首先将烧烤的肉类切成片状或者条状,再用叉子在肉上插小孔或用刀背将肉拍松,帮助入味。

2、在肉中加入以下调料:盐、料酒、酱油、葱油、姜油、蒜油(或者葱姜蒜末)、少许糖、蜂蜜、少许胡椒粉、辣椒粉、淀粉,用手抓匀,保鲜膜密封,防止窜味,放在冰箱腌制6小时左右。

3、在烧烤的过程中可根据个人口味加入一些孜然粉或者其他香料。
