单人跳绳技巧

1、摇绳的主要部位是手腕 ,跳起的高度不宜太高,一般在3--5CM之间,落地时稍有屈膝缓冲动作。跳起的双脚膝盖一般都是直的。小腿更不能有明显屈膝。呼吸要有节奏,全身要放松。

2、跳绳之前最好活动一下全身,尤其是相关的部位,如肩膀、手臂、手腕、脚踝,避免扭伤、挫伤。开始跳绳后,速度由慢到快、循序渐进。
