1、按摩脖子两侧大约5分钟。脖子还可以做360度的旋转,还可以按摩前面大概是胃经循行于脖子的部分。

2、扭腰。双手置于腹部,然后离腹部30厘米左右,扭腰左旋转一分钟,然后右旋转一分钟,但双手相对腰不动。累计5分钟。

3、将一条腿放在桌子上压腿。先左腿5分钟,然后右腿5分钟。共10分钟。
