1、原料:新鲜鹅肝,盐、胡椒、白兰地酒,什锦香料、柳橙、橄榄油、苹果醋。

2、制作:做法:新鲜鹅肝适当地调味,什锦香料、白兰地酒,腌8小时、慢火隔水烤约60~80分钟。

3、取出鹅肝,待冷却切片置於盘内,柳橙一个,取部分果肉装盘,柳橙汁拌橄榄油、苹果醋、淋於冷鹅肝周围即可。
