1、烤箱预热200°C/400°F;

2、空锅加糖,干熬成焦糖,很快就焦,要看好。加入到蛋挞皮底部,就每个加一点就好;

3、盖住3/4个底就差不多了,不要多;

4、剩下材料混合成蛋挞液,过筛,加到蛋挞皮里7、8分满;

5、入烤箱25分钟左右。
