神经元细胞受到刺激后,在受到刺激的局部位置的膜内外产生瞬间的点位变化,有原来的内负外正(静息电位)转变成内正外负(动作电位),这种瞬间变化会产生电流,沿着膜传递。并快速、可逆传向四周。在神经元与神经元连接的突触处,由突触前膜释放递质,递质与突触后膜结合后,引起后膜的兴奋,由此依次传导。
