1、 俯卧于平椅上,保持腹部位于平凳上部,并与之保持平行。保持胸部上方以及头部悬空于平凳的边缘之外。

2、双脚位于平椅下方,并钩住平凳以保持身体稳定,以此作为该动作的初始环节。将双手放置于头部两侧,并将双手手指与两耳接触。

3、 弯曲双臂肘关节,并将肘关节向外支出,将身体的上部躯干向上抬起,离开平凳表面约8~12英寸。

4、 将身体上部躯干缓慢、小心下移至初始位置,重复该组动作。
