青蛤蒸蛋做法步骤

1、青蛤清水加少许盐、油养半天吐沙。

2、冷水青蛤下锅煮至刚刚开壳捞出过凉水装盘备用。

3、鸡蛋加盐、料酒调匀与温水1:1比例做好蛋液倒入青蛤盘。

4、冷水入蒸锅水开后转小火10分钟,起锅加葱、椒丝淋上麻油及蒸鱼酱油。
