防水电缆和阻水电缆的区别

防水电缆:阻止水进入电缆结构的内部,采用具有防水功能的结构和材料。

阻水电缆:考核允许水进入到电缆的内部,规定的条件下不允许渗透到规定的长度。阻水电缆分为导体阻水和缆芯阻水。

导体阻水结构:在单丝绞合过程中加入阻水粉和阻水纱,当导体进水时,阻水粉或阻水纱遇水膨胀,阻止水渗透,当然实心导体阻水性能最好。

缆芯阻水结构:当外护套损伤进水后,阻水带遇水膨胀,当阻水带膨胀后,很快形成阻水段,阻止了水的进一步渗透;对于三芯电缆,要做到缆芯整体阻水相当困难,因为三芯的缆芯中间间隙较大,而且不规则,即使用阻水带全部填满,阻水效果也不好,建议每个线芯按单芯阻水结构生产,然后再成缆。
