米酒制作方法及步骤

1、准备4斤糯米,清水清洗几遍并浸泡12小时。

2、放入木桶中,用筷子戳几个小孔,中火蒸40分钟。

3、倒入凉白开中搅拌,米饭不烫手时撒上酒曲。

4、装入无油容器中,轻轻压实,中间戳个洞,加少量酒曲的温热开水。

5、夏天密封保温36小时,闻到味道即可。
