鹅肉如何做白切

1、主料:鹅1只(约3000克)。调料:沙姜豉油150克(分两碟上),香叶5片,草果2粒拍碎,沙姜10片,姜1块,葱2条。

2、将光鹅挖去油,去肺、喉,放入温水盆内,刮净皮面绒毛,反复冲洗干净。

3、锅内放入水烧沸,放入光鹅烫透捞出,沥净水。

4、清水锅中放入光鹅、药材、香料,用慢火熬40分钟至鹅熟,取出待凉,斩件装碟便成。食用时蘸沙姜豉油。
