1、核桃仁、芡实、淮山洗净,隔干水。

2、猪腿肉放入滚水中高火3分钟,取出洗净。

3、把适量清水高火6分钟至滚,放入猪腿肉、核桃、淮山、芡实、姜,中火40分钟,下盐调味即可。

4、核桃不能与野鸡肉一起食用,肺炎、支气管扩张等患者不易食之。
