1、采用站立式起跑方式,两脚前后开立,左脚在前紧靠起跑线后沿,前脚跟和后脚尖之间的距离约一脚半长,两脚左右间隔半脚,身体重心落在左脚上,后脚用前脚掌支撑站立。抬头眼向前看3~5米处,身体保持稳定姿势,集中注意力听枪声或“跑”的口令。

2、听到枪声或“跑”的口令时,两脚用力蹬地。后退蹬地后迅速前摆,前腿迅速蹬直,两臂配合两腿动作做快而有力的摆臂,使身体快速向前冲出,在短时间内获得最快的跑速。
