1、准备糯米、莲子、花腰豆、红豆、薏米、红枣、黑米、燕麦、花生、葡萄干、枸杞。倒入清水将米淘洗干净,起锅烧水,大火煮沸转小火炖2小时。加入葡萄干,枸杞继续炖15分钟出锅即可食用。

2、准备大米、糯米、黑米、黑豆、黑芝麻、薏米、花生。上述材料,先浸一晚,因为豆子比较难烧透,大火烧开,中小火继续,直到粥粘稠即可。
