1、挑选没有损伤,变质的杏子,用盐水浸泡十分钟后洗净,晾干水分。

2、40度左右的白酒倒入碗中,分次放入杏子稍稍浸泡消毒,消毒后的杏子捞出备用。

3、将杏子、冰糖、白酒倒入消过毒的密封罐中,存放在冰箱里。

4、一个月后,糖和酒泡出杏汁的香味,即可饮用。
