神经递质如何被突触前膜回收

神经递质可通过两个途径中止收回:一是再回收抑制,即通过突触前载体的作用将突触间隙中多余的神经递质回收至突触前神经元并贮存于囊泡,回收的方式是胞吞;另一途径是酶解,如以多巴胺(DA)为例,它经由位于线粒体的单胺氧化酶(MAO)和位于细胞质的儿茶酚胺邻位甲基转移酶(COMT)的作用被代谢和失活。
