:1、淡奶油打发之前需放入冰箱冷藏,咖啡杯中挤入适量巧克力酱。

2、咖啡加热水调匀后加入到咖啡杯中,用搅拌棒搅拌均匀。

3、淡奶油加入总量的20%白糖打发。

4、裱花带装上菊花花嘴,装入打法的淡奶油,按照螺旋的方向挤花在咖啡上,筛上可可粉即可。
