平躺拉伸训练:平躺在瑜伽垫上,双腿并拢,脚尖向上,双手臂伸直,向头的方向打开,直到在头的后贴住地为止,保持,感受腹部的拉伸。

俯卧拉伸训练:用双手支撑胸部到腹部位置,让上半身从俯卧的状态中得到舒展。同时通过胸部伸展腹部。

跪姿后仰训练:跪于瑜伽垫上,双腿打开,膝盖和小腿紧贴地面以支撑身体,双手叉在腰部后方稳定住腰部,上半身适当的向后伸展,感受腹部的拉伸。

通过仰卧起坐锻炼了腹直肌,能让腹部血液循环变好,排便时腹部会特别用力,尤其是腹部中央的腹直肌,通过锻炼能使排便更加顺畅。
