1、瘦腿瑜伽

卧姿,双腿并拢,双手扶住双腿慢慢向上抬起,直到与身体的上半部分垂直,吸气, 收腹 ,身体重心微微后倾,保持几秒钟。呼气,慢慢回复到初始状态。

2、瘦腿运动

腿并拢,两脚前脚掌踩于台阶上。两脚尽力向上提脚后跟,直立在台阶边。然后缓慢不停地向上收缩小腿部肌肉,当小腿肚颤抖发酸时再落下。

同时尽力下压足跟,使之落于台阶水平面下,但脚跟不要沾地。待小腿肚颤抖发酸且再提起。尽力反复做这一动作。
