1、立即停止跑步,将痉挛部位的肌肉向相反方向拉伸,从而缓解疼痛。处理时要注意保暖,拉伸时用力要均匀,避免造成肌肉拉伤。有时可能需要拉伸多次方能使肌肉放松下来。

2、小腿或脚趾痉挛:在跑步过程中,小腿痉挛的病症也时常发生,用痉挛小腿对侧的手,握住痉挛腿的脚趾,用力向上拉同时用同侧的手掌压在痉挛小腿的膝盖上,帮助小腿伸直。如果再配合用热毛巾按揉,用手按摩,效果会更好。

3、大腿痉挛:痉挛的大腿与身体成直角并弯曲膝关节,然后用两手抱着小腿,用力使它贴在大腿上并做振颤动作,随即向前伸直。
