体训生跑步技巧

1、起跑后,注意上体前倾角度、摆臂、后蹬的力度和摆动腿前的幅度。途中跑时,要求动作轻快,步伐均匀。跑动时呼吸要自然而有节奏,一般可根据步伐的节奏,“三步一呼、三步一吸”或“两步一呼、两步一吸”。

2、起跑后,注意上体前倾角度、摆臂、后蹬的力度和摆动腿前的幅度。

3、跑动时,要求动作轻快,步伐均匀。

4、跑步途中采用跟随跑,接近终点时,再进行最后冲刺。
