1、准备动作:手在肩膀的正下方,全掌接触地面,手指发力以减轻手腕的负担,脚蹬起支撑下半身,收紧核心。

2、下放过程:下放时吸气,全程保持核心收紧,头微微向上,保证颈部自然中立,手肘向斜后45度左右的方向打开。

3、推起过程向上推起时呼气,手臂向前臂外侧旋转发力,夹起胸部,慢慢推回起始位置。

4、手臂在推起过程中向内夹起发力,不要只是伸直手臂。
