桂圆干有几种使用方法:

1、当干果直接食用,最好是在空腹的时候吃效果更好;

2、与冰糖 银耳 大枣 莲子等炖水吃;

3、在煮牛奶的时候,加入少量桂圆肉,再打入一个鸡蛋,经常服用能治疗身体虚弱。(注:高血压患者不宜多食)。
