百米跑训练技巧

1、原地支撑快速高抬腿:这个练习既可以提高爆发力,又可以加快步频;

2、快频跑楼梯:通过富有弹性的快速跑楼梯来提高步频,步频在加速跑中作用巨大。

3、30~60米计时跑:训练动作速度体会侧蹬和避免过早抬头、抬体。体会膝关节为“小发动机的”的肌肉用力感觉。

4、注意:以上三个练习,量不易安排过多,过多就成了练耐力,从而失去训练速度的效果。比如:30~60米跑安排七、八组就绰绰有余了.百米起跑的侧蹬类似于短道速滑选手的侧蹬,枪响后上体不要过早抬起。
