1、刚睡醒时是不能做拉伸运动的。因为人在睡觉时身体的各部份都处在一个相对的休眠和收缩节段,如果刚睡醒就做拉伸运动,容易把肌肉和韧带拉伤,最好先做一下身体的预热运动,再做拉伸运动为宜。

2、身体预热运动可以在阳台上或者卧室里作,扩胸运动让身体更快恢复到活跃的状态,有助于活络筋骨,让四肢都得到充分的锻炼,加快人体血液的循环,让心情更加舒畅,让一天有了开心的开始。
