1、把鸭脖子剁下;在鸭大腿内侧切一刀,分离大腿和身体;鸭腹部全部剖开。

2、鸭翅根部切一刀,分离鸭翅和身体;把腹腔对切成两半;再把两半竖着对切;横着切成块;鸭脚和鸭腿分离。

3、鸭翅也分成两段;再次清洗就可以拿来做美味的鸭肉了。
