1、葱、姜、蒜小米椒切末;

2、将雪蛤处理干净;

3、烧锅热水,到入血蛤,大概烫7秒捞出,放入冷水过一遍;

4、在将其拨开放入盘中备用;

5、将蚝油、陈醋、料酒、麻油、白糖、姜末、葱花、蒜末、小米椒末混合搅拌均匀成酱汁;

6、用器具均匀的把酱汁放入摆好的血蛤上即可。
