1、早晨跑步应在8点左右开始。此时空气清新,含氧量高,各器官状态较好,对消化系统的不良影响较小。好处有:发育期增高;促进新陈代谢;增强体质,提高免疫力;燃烧卡路里,减轻体重;改善心情,调节心态。

2、出去锻炼时应该多穿件宽松、舒适的外套,等准备活动做完或锻炼一会儿身体发热后,再脱下外衣,免得室内外温差太大,身体不适应而着凉感冒。锻炼后如果汗出得多,在往回走的路上也要先穿上外套,等回到室内再脱去汗湿的衣服,擦干身体,换上干燥的衣。
