酸水腌制方法

1、白菜扒开洗净切丝。

2、白菜丝加适量盐用手揉匀腌制10分钟。

3、菜丝变软变蔫出水,将水分沥去。

4、装入无油无水的瓶中,加适量盐和凉开白没过白菜,盖好盖子放至阴凉处发酵15天。

5、15天之后取出,完成。
