立冬注意事项

1、适当进补。日常饮食中应该注意增加富含糖分、脂肪、蛋白质、维生素、钠、钾、钙等营养成分的食物。

2、饮食适宜清淡。饮食该以清淡为主,少食煎炒,多进果蔬,力戒温燥、辛辣刺激之物。冬季饮食的营养特点是增加热量,可选用脂肪含量较高的食物。

3、多喝水。冬天虽然排汗排尿减少,但维持大脑与身体各器官的细胞正常运作依然需要水分滋养。冬季一般每日补水应很多于2000~3000毫升。
