武术挑大筋的练法

1、正压腿。面对一定高度的物体,左脚跟放在物体上,脚尖勾起,两腿伸直,两手扶按在左膝上。

2、侧压腿。右腿支撑站立,左脚从体侧放置到一定高度的物体上,脚尖勾起,右臂上举,左掌立于胸前,两腿伸直,腰部挺立,上体向左侧下振压,振压幅度要逐渐加大,直到上体能侧倒在左腿上。两腿交替进行。学练要点:两腿伸直,开髋立腰挺胸,上体完全侧倒。

3、后压腿。背对一定高度的物体,两手叉腰,右腿支撑站立,左腿后伸,脚背放到物体上,两腿伸直,上体向后下振压,并逐渐增大振压幅度。两腿交替进行。学练要点:两腿伸直,立腰挺胸,头随上体后仰。
