1、两只梨洗干净,擦干水分,削去梨头,挖掉梨核,将梨洗净,包锡纸,烤箱210℃,烘烤40至50分钟。

2、清水将银耳泡软,将银耳、红枣、枸杞、莲子、百合放入锅中小火熬煮半小时。

3、将烤好的梨子去果皮、果瓤放入锅中炖至梨子软糯即可。
