绿蒜的腌制方法小窍门

1、用料:紫皮蒜7头、米醋3/4瓶;

2、做法:

首先把蒜去皮,再洗净后控干水份;取一干净的玻璃容器,最好无油无水,把3/4蒜放进去;加米醋至瓶口。然后盖紧盖放在阴凉且能见到阳光的地方,大概半个月到一个月就好了。
