火锅腰片的腌制方法

1、猪腰2只,木耳50g,荷兰豆50g,胡萝卜50g,盐适量,油适量,鸡精适量,料酒适量,醋适量,淀粉适量。

2、准备好材料;

3、猪腰对半横切开,横刀片除去里面白色内膜;再用交叉刀法切成腰花;

4、再切成小片倒进保鲜盒,加水和1汤匙白醋,摇一会然后用清水洗几次;

5、加适量盐和淀粉抓拌,先腌一会儿;

6、胡萝卜去皮切片; 荷兰豆去筋洗干净; 木耳洗净撕小朵;

7、腰片入开水里烫约10秒,捞出沥干;

8、炒锅加油烧热,先下木耳、荷兰豆、胡萝卜炒匀;

9、将熟时下腰片翻炒;

10、加盐、鸡精、料酒调味,用水淀粉勾个薄芡即可。
