1、可以做红枣淮山汤。

2、材料:红枣10粒,淮山300克左右,桂圆肉若干,白砂糖。

3、功效:红枣补血益气,淮山健脾保胃,这两者美容的佳品再加上超级润补的桂圆,真是好喝又养颜,是冬天的美容滋补好靓汤。

4、做法:将洗干净的红枣提前泡软,淮山去皮后切成小块,然后把二者一起放进水中烧开,直到煮的软烂为止。这时,再向锅中加入桂圆肉和半勺砂糖。煮开,待桂圆肉软烂后即可关火食用。
