1、慢跑要加强热身运动,增强韧带弹性、关节灵活度,不然稍不小心就会造成肌肉拉伤、扭伤等运动伤害。

2、慢跑后一定要进行舒缓运动,因为当激烈的运动后,多量血液会集中在下肢和肌肉,若立刻停止,没有搭配舒缓运动,则会影响血液回流到心脏,而使得血液滞留在肌肉,无法有效排除乳酸,容易发生心脏和脑部血液供给不足,而产生头晕、昏倒现象。
