干桂皮的制作方法

1、干桂皮的制作方法:冬季剥取天竺桂、阴香、川桂的树皮,阴干即可。

2、桂皮分桶桂、厚肉桂、薄肉桂三种。桶桂为嫩桂树的皮,质细、清洁、甜香、味正、呈土黄色,质量最好,可切碎做炒菜调味品;厚肉桂皮粗糙,味厚,皮色呈紫红,炖肉用最佳;薄肉桂外皮微细,肉纹细、味薄、香味少,表皮发灰色,里皮红黄色,用途与厚肉桂相同。

3、用于脘腹冷痛,呕吐泄泻,腰膝酸冷,寒疝腹痛,寒湿痹痛,瘀滞痛经,血痢,肠风,跌打肿痛,创伤出血等。
