1、如果想健康减肥的话晚上可以少吃,但是不能不吃。建议还是要吃晚饭,可以大量的进食蔬菜再加上鸡蛋脱脂酸奶这些富含蛋白质的食物,这样一顿晚饭的热量也不高,再加上跑步,坚持两三个月效果会很明显。

2、除了跑步这样的有氧运动也请多多的做一些无氧训练,先做无氧再做有氧减脂的效率会很高,简单的无氧有仰卧起坐、俯卧撑等,做到力竭。
