2、脂肪1克可产生9千卡的能量,蛋白质和碳水化合物1克可产生4千卡的能量。少吃饭可少摄入碳水化合物,可减少摄入能量,但多吃菜肴会多摄入脂肪,产生的能量更高,达不到减肥的目的,反使摄入的营养素不能平衡,不利于健康。
