炸鱼肉制作方法

1、将香椿芽在水里浸泡1小时后清洗、控干水分。

2、浸泡香椿的时候用来和面糊,将面粉,淀粉,鸡蛋,盐,鸡精通通装的一个容器里加水,顺时针搅拌至没有面疙瘩,静止半小时。

3、静止后的面糊搅拌,将香椿芽放在面糊里转一圈充分沾上浆。

4、油烧到7分热后把挂好浆的香椿芽放入油锅中炸制。
