鸡汁鳕鱼

1、原料:净鳕鱼、鸡汁酱、面粉、生粉、吉士粉、精盐、白糖、白醋、绍酒、姜末、湿淀粉等。

2、将鳕鱼切成厚约1厘米的长方块。面粉、生粉、吉士粉加精盐、水调成糊。

3、炒锅烧热,下色拉油,待油温升至六成热时,将鳕鱼逐块蘸糊下入油锅炸熟,捞出。

4、另起锅,放入鸡汁酱、精盐、白糖、白醋、姜末、绍酒、清水等调好味,用湿淀粉勾芡,将炸好的鱼块落锅,翻炒均匀,淋亮油出锅即成。
